A Payments fintech company needed to evolve beyond its existing payments infrastructure, scale its platform capabilities, and position itself for acquisition — requiring cross-functional leadership and a bold growth roadmap.

What I Did

  • Developed a roadmap for new payments platform, partnerships and GTM, and dovetailed into a strategic roadmap.
  • Launched new platforms, with multi-country instances with enhanced UI/UX, with multiple orchestration layers, both platform and embedded options.
  • On the roadmap to build pay-by-link, cross border payments and settlement with stablecoins and payment into digital wallets.

A large payments company needed to deepen its B2B payments penetration, unlock large-volume enterprise opportunities, and accelerate the commercial traction of its peer-to-peer cross border payment platform in a highly competitive landscape.

What I Did

  • Working on a product -market fit, fine tuning the product, challenging some current settlement flows, being the voice of the customer
  • Developed strategic plan for scaling up B2B penetration across APAC, in close participation with partners, clients and ecosystem players
  • Pursued and won high-stakes RFPs enabling $15B to $20B in volumes.
